    Take advantage of the $30 discount offer for registration until Friday January 6th.  Registration will remain open until February 15, 2012.

    All levels are still open except Boys 5/6.  Boys 5/6 is now adding new players on a wait list. Please contact Sarah Burns at registrar@mountsilacrosse.org if you wish to be put on the wait list or to get more information.  It is possible that we could add a second 5/6 boys team.

    PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

    FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE THROUGH THE TANNER JEANS FOUNDATION. Information and the application are available on our Financial Aid page.

    High School Boys Get First Win!

    Mt. Si downs Port Angeles for first boys lacrosse win
    NORTH BEND – After finishing 2010 without a win and dropping their first two this season, Mt. Si recorded the first win in their two-year history with a 5 – 3 boys Division II high school lacrosse win over Port Angeles, Saturday at Mt. Si High School. Taking an early 4 – 2 lead at the half, Mt. Si. Continued to put defensive pressure on PA throughout the second half to seal the win. “We moved to a zone and shortened up our slides,” said Mt. Si head coach Woodroe Kiser. “Our defense was plain outstanding. We really limited PA to what they could do.” Blake Moorhead delivered 2 goals and an assist, while Eli Gogan, Cameron Pike and Matt Mahrer all contributed solo shots in the win. Goaltender Matt Yan contributed 11 saves. Brendan Capenter, Jacob Dostie and Joey Hall all scored solo-shots and goaltender Julian Walls had 17 saves for PA. “Julian (PA goaltender Walls) had a great game,” said Kiser. “We were getting great shots all night and he was stopping us. He was impressive tonight.”
    With the loss, Port Angeles evened their record to 1-1 on the season.
