Small Group Session Info

We are excited to start small group sessions tomorrow evening.

Here are a few things you need to know:

All players and coaches will receive a text before every practice from Healthy Rosters.  This text will be the COVID-19 Symptom checker that needs to be completed in order to attend practice.

  1. The phone number provided during registration will be used for this purpose.
  2. If you have more than one player in the program, you should receive a text message for each player.
  3. Upon arriving to practice, the player needs to show the message indicating that they have passed and they are cleared to practice.  This can be shown from the phone of the parent or it can be a screenshot text on the player’s phone showing the date stamp.
    1. We have to see this in order for player to practice.
    2. Players not being dropped off by parents and riding bikes or walking will not be allowed to practice without this proof of clearance.

We will be using upper and lower community fields, so please have your player check in at the MSLC table that will be on the sidewalk area near the restrooms.  We will be available to check phones as parents drop off.  We will do our best to make check in as quickly as possible.  We will be available for check in starting 15-20 minutes before practice.

Players will be directed to their small group and stay with this group for the next few weeks.

We will have wipes, disposable face masks and sanitizer at the check in table.

Youth Boys (3rd-6th Grade) – 5:00-6:00 PM

Middle School and HS Boys (7th-8th Grade) – 6:15-7:15 PM

All Girls (all age groups) 7:30-8:30 PM

Girls: cleats, mouth guard, goggles, stick

Boys: cleats, gloves, cup, helmet, mouth guard, stick

Each player should bring a water bottle that is clearly marked with their name.

In support of the recent regulations on face masks, we are encouraging all players to wear a face mask before and after practice.  Face masks can be hung over a water bottle during practice.

Players will be directed to exit the field on the opposite side they entered.  This is to mitigate clustering of players.

While we would love to see you all, we are asking parents to avoid coming to watch these first few weeks.  We will help make sure younger kids find parents after practice.
